Online therapy, teletherapy, telehealth. It goes by many different names, but what you call it doesn’t matter as much as what is possible!

Online therapy is a new way to have a session with your therapist without going to the office.

Since the season of getting sick is here and this year we are especially conscious of germs, I want you to know about online therapy. One of the greatest benefits of online therapy is that if you have symptoms that are contagious or want to stay as health as possible, it is best that you stay home, rather than come into the office and you don’t have to miss your therapy appointment.

With online therapy, you will be able to still have your session! Some things you will need are a private space, good internet, and a device with video and audio (computer, tablet, smartphone). I created a step-by-step tutorial to show you how easy it is to login.

Some insurance companies also reimburse for online therapy, just the same as in person.
